Windows 7 - Repair or Refresh Install

BOOTMGR is missing
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

Boot your computer from CD-ROM and select "Repair your computer" .

Choose a recovery tool:

  1. Startup Repair
  2. System Restore (use your windows image backup if you have!)
  3. Windows Complete PC Restore
  4. Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool
  5. Command Prompt

[NOT SOLVED]:
1. Start Repair: the computer can not be recovered or Startup Repair could not detect a problem.

Shutdown/Restart

DiskPart successfully formatted the volume.

Restart your computer and reboot from the Windows 7 installation CD , start the refresh install of windows.....

My computer stops responding during installation and displays a blue screen.
This is usually caused by your hardware or windows software. Check your hard disk health (DISKPART>LIST DISK) and check your memory (RAM), buy or ask your manufacture for a new windows 7 installation CD.

Windows 7 install stops during "Expanding Windows Files" or hanging at 5%, 64% ...
